Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, the allegedly infringing content will be either removed or access will be blocked. We also reserve the right to share the notice with the user who submitted the content, including the complainant’s contact information, to support open dialogue and legal resolution.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe content you posted was wrongly removed, you may issue a counter-notification containing the following:

• The name and URL of the removed content.
• Your full contact details (name, mailing address, phone, and email).
• A sworn statement of your good faith belief that the removal was incorrect or due to error.
• A consent to U.S. jurisdiction and acceptance of legal service from the complainant or their agent.
• Your signature (typed or scanned).

If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10–14 days of receiving your counter-notice, the material may be restored to our platform.
