If you cancel your membership at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, you will be eligible for a full refund for the upcoming payment.
Cancellations made 3–7 days before the billing cycle are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the billing cycle are non-refundable.
If you are on a trial membership and decide to cancel within the first 3 days of starting the trial, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel the trial after 3 days but before the trial ends, you will not be refunded, but you can use the remainder of the trial period.
If you miss a scheduled personal training session without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, that session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
If you cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule or receive a credit toward another session.
If you are not satisfied with the gym facilities or services, please contact us within 7 days of your membership or service activation.
We will work with you to resolve any issues and may offer an adjustment, such as a free session or partial refund, depending on the nature of the dissatisfaction.
If you cancel a fitness class package at least 3 days before the first class, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the first class are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your membership due to a medical condition, please provide a doctor's note and we will evaluate your situation.
Membership holds or partial refunds may be issued depending on the medical circumstances.
If you sign up for a special promotion and decide to cancel within 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
After 7 days, refunds for special promotional rates are non-refundable.
